    Prep and Season

    Slice the ends off the green bananas, score the skin lengthwise, and peel. Rub a little oil on your hands to prevent sticky residue from clinging to your fingers.

    Slice the bananas thinly using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer.

    In a medium bowl, toss the sliced bananas thoroughly with 1½ tbsp oil and salt to taste until evenly coated.
