Method

    Blend Base

    Add 500 g frozen mango chunks, 120 g plain Greek yogurt, 2 to 3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup), and ½ tsp ground cardamom into a food processor or high-speed blender.

    Blend on high speed, scraping down the sides as needed, for 2–3 minutes until thick, completely smooth, and velvety.
